Waihi Beach Physiotherapy owner Natarsha Munro is Ovio Mindfulness accredited and specialises in evidence-based mindfulness training and techniques that can enhance wellness and resilience. These techniques range from meditation, practising gratitude, self-compassion and techniques to help you calm your busy mind.
We provide mindfulness training at our clinic and run a range of on-site mindfulness workshops at workplaces, as well as at schools for teenagers and children.
